End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”) and Bank Extract regarding your use of the Bank Extract desktop software.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

By purchasing, downloading, or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this EULA, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. These documents together form the complete legal contract between you and Bank Extract.

1. License Grant

Bank Extract grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software solely for your personal or internal business use.

2. Local Processing Notice

The Software uses a local-first architecture.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the security and integrity of your device. We cannot recover lost files because we never receive or store them.

3. Permitted Use

You may install the Software on devices you own or control and use it for personal or professional workflows.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not distribute, resell, lease, reverse-engineer, or share your license key publicly.

If a license key is found on public forums, Bank Extract may immediately disable the license without refund.

5. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights remain the exclusive property of Bank Extract.

6. Updates & Changes

Bank Extract may modify, improve, discontinue, or replace features at any time via updates.

7. Subscription & Validation

PRO versions require a valid license. Sharing keys is prohibited. We reserve the right to validate licenses.

8. Data Accuracy Disclaimer

YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING THE ACCURACY OF ALL EXTRACTED DATA.

Bank Extract is not responsible for errors resulting from PDF layout variations or unverified output.

9. No Warranty

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES. BANK EXTRACT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BANK EXTRACT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT DAMAGES. OUR LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

11. Termination

We may terminate your license if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, you must stop using the Software.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Argentina.
