1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the software (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
"Bank Extract" refers to the entity created by the image of the software and its creator, operating under the laws of Argentina.
2. Local-First Architecture & Data Privacy
Bank Extract operates under a strict local-first model. Your PDFs, financial records, and extracted data are processed exclusively within your device's memory (RAM) and are not uploaded to our servers.
You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for backing up your own data.
- We cannot recover any files or data if your device is lost or damaged.
- We assume no liability for data breaches resulting from the insecurity of your personal device.
3. License Grant & Restrictions
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software.
You agree NOT to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
- Share, publish, or redistribute your License Key.
- Use the Software for any illegal activity.
4. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record). Since we offer a free trial/demo to test the software, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued for technical failures at our discretion.
5. User Responsibility & Data Verification (The "Tool" Clause)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Bank Extract is strictly a productivity tool, similar to a calculator or a hammer. It is an instrument designed to assist you, but it does not replace your professional judgment.
Just as a hammer manufacturer is not responsible if you hit your finger, Bank Extract is not responsible if the software extracts a number incorrectly due to poor PDF formatting, and you fail to notice it.
YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT IT IS YOUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITY TO AUDIT, REVIEW, AND VERIFY EVERY SINGLE LINE OF DATA EXTRACTED BY THE SOFTWARE AGAINST THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT.
Bank Extract IS NOT an accounting firm, auditor, or financial advisor. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy because PDF formats vary wildly. By using the software, you assume full responsibility for the final data used in your tax filings, financial reports, or business decisions.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bank Extract shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total cumulative liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content are the exclusive property of the creator of Bank Extract. Protected by copyright laws of Argentina.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Bank Extract from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Software.
9. Dispute Resolution & Class Action Waiver
If you have any concern or dispute, you agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us.
NO CLASS ACTIONS:
YOU AGREE THAT YOU MAY ONLY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST BANK EXTRACT ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION OR PROCEEDING.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina (Province of Chubut).
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. By continuing to use our Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
12. Third-Party Components
The Software includes open-source components (including but not limited to Jspreadsheet CE, PDF.js, and SheetJS) which are subject to their own licenses (such as MIT or Apache 2.0). Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under, or grants you rights that supersede, the terms and conditions of any applicable end user license for such third-party components.

Al descargar, instalar o utilizar el software (el "Servicio"), usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos del Servicio ("Términos").
"Bank Extract" se refiere a la entidad creada por la imagen del software y su creador, operando bajo las leyes de Argentina.
2. Arquitectura Local y Privacidad
Bank Extract opera bajo un modelo local. Sus datos se procesan exclusivamente en la memoria (RAM) de su dispositivo y no se suben a nuestros servidores.
Usted reconoce que:
- Usted es el único responsable de sus copias de seguridad.
- No podemos recuperar archivos si su dispositivo se daña.
- No somos responsables de violaciones de datos por inseguridad de su equipo.
3. Licencia y Restricciones
Le otorgamos una licencia limitada, no exclusiva e intransferible para usar el Software.
Usted acepta NO:
- Realizar ingeniería inversa o descompilar el Software.
- Compartir o publicar su Clave de Licencia.
- Usar el Software para actividades ilegales.
4. Pagos y Reembolsos
Los pagos son procesados por Lemon Squeezy. Dado que ofrecemos una prueba gratuita, todas las ventas son finales. Los reembolsos son solo por fallas técnicas a nuestra discreción.
5. Responsabilidad del Usuario y Verificación (Cláusula de Herramienta)
LEA ATENTAMENTE:
Bank Extract es estrictamente una herramienta de productividad, similar a una calculadora o un martillo. Es un instrumento diseñado para asistirle, pero no reemplaza su juicio profesional.
Al igual que un fabricante de martillos no es responsable si usted se golpea un dedo, Bank Extract no es responsable si el software extrae un número incorrectamente debido a un mal formato del PDF y usted no lo nota.
USTED RECONOCE QUE ES SU RESPONSABILIDAD ÚNICA Y ABSOLUTA AUDITAR, REVISAR Y VERIFICAR CADA LÍNEA DE DATOS EXTRAÍDOS CONTRA EL DOCUMENTO ORIGINAL.
Bank Extract NO es una firma contable, auditor o asesor financiero. No garantizamos una precisión del 100% porque los formatos PDF varían enormemente. Al usar el software, usted asume total responsabilidad por los datos finales utilizados en sus declaraciones de impuestos o decisiones financieras.
6. Limitación de Responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Bank Extract no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes.
Nuestra responsabilidad total no excederá la cantidad que pagó por el Software en los 12 meses anteriores al reclamo.
7. Propiedad Intelectual
El Servicio y su contenido original son propiedad exclusiva del creador de Bank Extract. Protegido por leyes de Argentina.
8. Indemnización
Usted acepta defender e indemnizar a Bank Extract contra cualquier reclamo derivado de su uso del Software o su violación de estos Términos.
9. Resolución de Disputas y Renuncia a Demandas Colectivas
Si tiene alguna disputa, acepta intentar resolverla primero de manera informal contactándonos.
NO A LAS DEMANDAS COLECTIVAS:
USTED ACEPTA QUE SOLO PUEDE PRESENTAR RECLAMOS CONTRA BANK EXTRACT A TÍTULO INDIVIDUAL Y NO COMO DEMANDANTE O MIEMBRO DE UNA CLASE EN CUALQUIER SUPUESTA CLASE O PROCEDIMIENTO REPRESENTATIVO.
10. Ley Aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes de Argentina (Provincia de Chubut).
11. Cambios en los Términos
Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos. El uso continuado del Servicio implica la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
12. Componentes de Terceros
El Software incluye componentes de código abierto (incluyendo Jspreadsheet CE, PDF.js y SheetJS) sujetos a sus propias licencias (como MIT o Apache 2.0). Nada en este Acuerdo limita sus derechos bajo dichas licencias.

Bank Extract fonctionne localement. Vos données sont traitées exclusivement dans la mémoire (RAM) de votre appareil et ne sont pas téléchargées sur nos serveurs.
Vous reconnaissez que :
- Vous êtes seul responsable de vos sauvegardes.
- Nous ne pouvons pas récupérer les données si votre appareil est endommagé.
- Nous ne sommes pas responsables des failles de sécurité de votre appareil.
3. Licence et Restrictions
Nous vous accordons une licence limitée, non exclusive et révocable pour utiliser le Logiciel.
Vous acceptez de NE PAS :
- Faire de l'ingénierie inverse sur le Logiciel.
- Partager ou publier votre Clé de Licence.
- Utiliser le Logiciel pour des activités illégales.
4. Paiements et Remboursements
Les paiements sont traités par Lemon Squeezy. Comme nous offrons un essai gratuit, toutes les ventes sont finales. Remboursements uniquement pour problèmes techniques.
5. Responsabilité de l'Utilisateur et Vérification (Clause de l'Outil)
VEUILLEZ LIRE ATTENTIVEMENT :
Bank Extract est strictement un outil de productivité, similaire à une calculatrice ou un marteau. C'est un instrument conçu pour vous aider, mais il ne remplace pas votre jugement professionnel.
Tout comme un fabricant de marteaux n'est pas responsable si vous vous tapez sur le doigt, Bank Extract n'est pas responsable si le logiciel extrait un chiffre incorrectement à cause d'un mauvais formatage PDF et que vous ne le remarquez pas.
VOUS RECONNAISSEZ QU'IL EST DE VOTRE SEULE ET ABSOLUE RESPONSABILITÉ D'AUDITER, DE RÉVISER ET DE VÉRIFIER CHAQUE LIGNE DE DONNÉES EXTRAITES PAR RAPPORT AU DOCUMENT ORIGINAL.
Bank Extract N'EST PAS un cabinet comptable ou un auditeur. Nous ne garantissons pas une précision de 100%. En utilisant le logiciel, vous assumez l'entière responsabilité des données finales utilisées dans vos déclarations fiscales ou décisions financières.
6. Limitation de Responsabilité
Dans la mesure permise par la loi, Bank Extract ne sera pas responsable des dommages indirects.
Notre responsabilité totale ne dépassera pas le montant que vous avez payé pour le Logiciel au cours des 12 mois précédents.
7. Propriété Intellectuelle
Le Service est la propriété exclusive du créateur de Bank Extract. Protégé par les lois d'Argentine.
8. Indemnisation
Vous acceptez d'indemniser Bank Extract contre toute réclamation découlant de votre utilisation du Logiciel.
9. Résolution des Litiges et Renonciation aux Recours Collectifs
En cas de litige, vous acceptez d'abord de tenter de le résoudre de manière informelle.
PAS DE RECOURS COLLECTIFS :
VOUS ACCEPTEZ DE NE PORTER PLAINTE CONTRE BANK EXTRACT QU'À TITRE INDIVIDUEL ET NON EN TANT QUE PLAIGNANT OU MEMBRE D'UN GROUPE DANS LE CADRE D'UNE ACTION OU D'UNE PROCÉDURE COLLECTIVE.
10. Loi Applicable
Ces Conditions sont régies par les lois d'Argentine (Province de Chubut).
11. Modifications
Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces Conditions à tout moment.
12. Composants Tiers
Le Logiciel comprend des composants open source (y compris Jspreadsheet CE, PDF.js et SheetJS) soumis à leurs propres licences (comme MIT ou Apache 2.0). Rien dans cet Accord ne limite vos droits en vertu de ces licences.
