What is the difference between Free and Pro?
The Free Version is limited to 10 pages per PDF and processes files one by one. The Pro Version removes all limits: unlimited pages, unlimited PDFs, and allows Batch Processing (drag and drop 50 PDFs at once).
Do I have to pay for updates?
No. Your one-time payment includes lifetime access to the version you purchased, plus all minor updates and bug fixes we release for that version.
Do you sell my data?
Absolutely not. We physically cannot see or sell your data because it never leaves your computer. Our business model is simple: we sell software licenses, not user data.

How do I learn to use the app?
We have a YouTube channel dedicated to tutorials so you can extract data without issues.
Watch tutorialsDoes it work with any bank?
Yes. The app is a universal PDF-to-Excel converter using manual coordinates. It works with any text-based PDF regardless of the bank, language, or currency.
How does it handle date formats?
We extract the text exactly as it is in the PDF. We do not reformat it. Your Excel settings will usually handle the date formatting automatically once opened.
Technical
Is it compatible with Mac or Linux?
Currently, the Desktop App is Windows only. Mac/Linux users can contact support to request access to a specialized web-launcher instance.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only for a few seconds to activate the license on the first run. After that, the app operates 100% offline.

¿Venden mis datos?
Absolutamente no. Físicamente no podemos ver ni vender tus datos porque nunca salen de tu computadora. Nuestro negocio es vender licencias de software, no datos de usuarios.
