Yes! All the demo code is downloaded to your browser, it never touches our servers! Both the demo web app and the desktop app are completely offline and no one can see what you upload! You are safe! :')

The Free Version is limited to 30 pages per PDF and processes files one by one. The Pro Version removes all limits: unlimited pages, unlimited PDFs, and allows Batch Processing (drag and drop 50 PDFs at once).

No, it is a one-time payment. We hate subscriptions as much as you do. You pay once and the software is yours forever.

No. Your one-time payment includes lifetime access to the version you purchased, plus all minor updates and bug fixes we release for that version.

After your purchase, you will receive an email from our payment provider (Paddle) with your unique license key. Your license includes 2 activations! One for your daily computer and another for your work laptop. So you can run Bank Extract on 2 different devices. (Make sure to check your spam folder if you don't see the email!). If you change computers and need to reset an activation, just contact us at support@bank-extract.com.

Yes! Bank Extract transforms your PDFs directly into clean .xlsx (Excel) or .csv files. You can easily open these files in Excel, import them into Google Spreadsheets, or upload them to any accounting software.

Yes. The app is a universal PDF-to-Excel converter using manual coordinates. It works with any text-based PDF regardless of the bank, language, or currency.

We extract the text exactly as it is in the PDF. We do not reformat it. Your Excel settings will usually handle the date formatting automatically once opened.

Currently, the Desktop App is Windows only. Mac/Linux users can contact support to request access to a specialized web-launcher instance.
